our 4-step process
Contact us by filling out our parent application. Provide as much detail as possible – we want to know all about your specific needs, schedule, and requirements for your child(ren).
We will arrange a parent interview (in person or virtually). During this time, we will thoroughly discuss your application information, agency fees, and the payment options best suited for your needs.
We will provide a list of qualified childcare providers selected just for you. We will also assist with scheduling nanny interviews (in person or virtually) at your convenience. After the interview process, we will be in touch to field your comments, questions, and feedback.
Once you have completed the nanny interviews, you may select your new hire! We will assist you with preparing your nanny contract and payroll before your new nanny begins employment. This is a very exciting and wonderful time for you and your children. Nounou Nanny will be available as your new nanny becomes adjusted to their new role.
